The Festival runs across three days, from November 7 to 9 2024, when the Great Exhibition Hall of the Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments will be transformed into a cinema hall with 18 films shown in the competition part of the programme in the afternoon and evening hours. Visitors will have the opportunity to watch excellent films in the surroundings of magnificent archaeological monuments. Regardless of their duration, the films abound in interesting topics about archeological and scientific discoveries, showing studies, analyses and reconstructions of heritage monuments.

In addition to the films, the Festival program also includes the film “Beneath the Street Art, the Louvre” directed by Frédéric Bouquet-Grilli, where the work of four street artists and their application of different techniques and aesthetics will follow the way in which inspiration is drawn from old masters that they copy, reinterpret and adapt to the contemporary context.
On the last day of the Festival, Dr. Martine Regert through the lecture “Notre-Dame de Paris after the fire: a cathedral of research”‘ will present an exceptional scientific and human adventure, which currently gathers more than 150 experts from different fields.
The films are competing for one of the three awards of the Expert jury, the Audience award and, the Students’ jury award.
